A referral from your general practitioner is required for the first examination; we also accept electronic referrals.
The clinic is located on the 1st floor of a multifunctional building behind the municipal office in Polomka. A pharmacy is also located in the same building.
We are able to perform acute examinations by mutual agreement until 10:00 depending on capacity.
Call us in time 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-14:00
For MRI, CT, and blood test results, please call between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. If the doctor is busy, the nurse will take your name down and the doctor will call you back the next business day.
